1 Unanet supports the latest supported versions of the listed browsers.
Browser Configuration: The default settings for most browsers is sufficient to use Unanet. In particular though, the browsers must be configured to allow cookies and javascript.
Popup Blockers: will need to be configured to allow popups from your Unanet site.
2 Supported on 32 & 64 bit operating systems.
Supported Virtual Environments - we include Hyper-V and VM-Ware in our testing procedures.
Supported Cloud Platforms -- we include AWS in our testing procedures. We are aware of customers successfully operating in Azure, however, we have yet to include this in our testing procedures.
3 Due to issues identified during our testing for 12cR2 on Linux OS, we recommend using the specific version of 12.1.0.2 (12cR2 Jan 2018) as listed above.
4 JDBC drivers are included.
The Express version has a number of limitations which may prevent its use in your environment.
5 Important: Avoid use of Tomcat v8.0.32. There is a known issue with this version that will cause problems with Unanet reports. The Tomcat issue was resolved beginning w/ v 8.0.33.

Note recent changes:
Beginning with version (v11.0), we no longer support IE 10, Apache 2.2, Windows Server 2008, or Oracle 11gR1.
Beginning with version (v10.3), we no longer support Java 1.7 or Tomcat 7.
Beginning with version (v10.0), we no longer support Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9, JRun, Tomcat 6.x, Java 1.6, SQL Server 2005 or Oracle 10.
Beginning with version (v9.6), we no longer support Oracle v9 or Java 1.5.
Beginning with version (v9.5), we no longer support Internet Explorer 6 or Tomcat 5.5.
Beginning with version (v9.4), we no longer support MS SQL Server 2000.
