Page navigation is a little different. For example, to navigate to Purchasing Dashboard, hover over Financials, then hover over Purchasing, then click on Dashboard:
On pages that have grids, like the Purchase Requisition Labor details page, you can still expand and shrink the fields, even if there are no visible lines to drag. Just hover over the area and the pointer icon will change to arrows similar to screenshot below, between Task and Labor Category:
